Find the Money Your Service Business is Already Leaving on the Table

Most service businesses leave 15-30% of their money on the table

It usually hides in three places: pricing, follow-up and owner time.

I help service business owners uncover those leaks and fix them

For service business owners doing $500K to $10M — painting, HVAC, plumbing, cleaning, lawn care, electrical, roofing, pool service, pest control, garage door, and the rest of the trades that run on owner sweat and word-of-mouth.

For service business owners doing $500K to $10M.

The patterns repeat regardless of industry. The pain depends on which revenue level you can't get past.

Testimonials

Do any of these sound familiar?

  • The six-figure ceiling owner. You're working 60 hours a week. Leads come in randomly. Hiring is reactive. You can see the path to $1M but can't find the lever that gets you there. The harder you push, the more it feels like you're running in place.

  • The just-broke-through owner. You hit seven figures, but you don't trust it. Cash flow is lumpy. The team you hired isn't the team you needed. You're scared of regressing back to where you were eighteen months ago. You don't have a repeatable system — you have a good year.

  • The next-ceiling owner. Revenue is healthy, but you're the bottleneck. Every decision still routes through you. You've thought about selling but don't know what the business is actually worth. You're tired of being the only person who can run it.

If you recognize yourself in one of these, we should talk.

What I help with:

Three places revenue is dying

Every service business in this revenue range has the same three leaks. Most owners are aware of one of them. Almost no one is tracking all three.

1. Your prices are too low. Most service businesses charge 15-30% less than the market would pay. Owners feel pressure that often isn't real. Raising prices is usually the fastest way to add revenue. No new leads. No new hires. No new systems. Just charging what the work is worth.

2. Your leads are leaking. Between 30% and 60% of leads never get a real reply. They go to the next company on the list. You usually never find out. The fix is operational, not magic.

3. You're spending hours on the wrong work. Most owners spend 5-15 hours a week on tasks someone else (or something else) should be doing. That time isn't free. It's the most expensive labor in your business. And it blocks the work only you can do.

In 90 days, I will find at least one leak in your business and put a dollar number on it. If that number isn't worth more than what you paid me, you don't pay for another 90 days. That's the deal.

Who I am:

Built on 33 years of operations, 200+ businesses coached, and one return from retirement.

I spent 33 years running international bank operations. The last role was Vice President of Correspondent Operations at First Union and Wachovia, with staff across New York, London, Taipei, and Hong Kong. CHIPS, Fed Funds, SWIFT, CHAPS, treasury operations at scale. The job ended in April 2008 when New York operations were offshored.

What came next was the other side of the desk. I opened a brick and mortar business. For 2 years I worked everyday, 7 days a week, no vacation, no time off. Then I bought a service business — a home painting franchise, ran it profitably, then spent seven years coaching over 200 service business owners across 14 states on the operational decisions that separate the businesses that scale from the ones that stay stuck. I retired in June 2022. Four years was about my limit.

Adamo Advisors is the practice I built on coming back. AI changes what’s possible operationally for service businesses in ways that didn’t exist when I retired. But the underlying questions haven’t changed. How does an owner who still runs the business day-to-day break the next ceiling without breaking what got them there? Those are the questions I work on now.

When the diagnosis points to AI infrastructure (foundational software systems), my implementation team installs it.

Adamo Advisors offers practical business advice.

Damo Works (the AI implementation arm under the same LLC) handles the technical build on GoHighLevel.

If the checkup turns up a gap I can fix with software, slow lead replies, missed calls, no real follow-up, no review system, Damo Works builds it. Damo Works is the AI build arm under the same company. We use a tool called GoHighLevel to make it happen.

Most clients work across both: practical advice from Adamo Advisors, combined with automation implementation from Damo Works.

One team, two service lines, one founder, complete coverage..
